Pandemic has made everyone's life onerous. Its causing a lot of anxiety, sadness and depression. No one knows when is this going to over. Now, it's an era of question for everyone. Life has become appalling. Whole world is on tenterhook. The stress of social isolation, the worry about jobs and health, and the profound feelings of loss that many of us are experiencing at the moment can trigger depression for the first time or exacerbate symptoms if you’ve already been diagnosed. When you are suffering from depression, then life becomes meaningless, our mental understanding interfere with our thoughts, thus leading it to negativity within us and surroundings. Spreading negativity is another type of virus. I think there is no cure of it. Months of social distancing and sheltering at home can leave you feeling isolated and lonely, having to face your problems alone. Being away from social life, gathering, love and support of our loving friends and family members is like a hammer...
